My company worst of the worst lor... no bonus no increment..
den the water they have in pantry is use tap water fill up on the big mineral water container... tho outside write is buy the water one but in fact is filled up using tap water... still got records of interns peeing inside the container before due to being mistreated to do manual work when my company is actually dealing with IT educator...
den my company got conduct training one.. then the refreshment they provide to customer is so rationed that one person only allowed one siew mai. if take more den the rest will be able to eat at all...
den the sweet potato soup only got soup which has no taste.. sweet potato a few slices... not enuff to eat... end up the customer nv eat... den ask us to eat the left overs... eat liao realise inside nth one no wonder nobody one...
den they ask the pantry auntie to help ration food, in the end quarrel wif the customer coz the customer ask how come can only eat one siew mai, its the manager ownself ask the pantry lady to ration one, den in the end they fired the pantry lady for offending customer i think....
den the a4 paper every department muz draw and rationed to the extent that when you want to print something you must walk to the copier machine den put paper into the copier machine den go back to yr desk and click print. if u dun do that, ppl might sent print before you and intercept yr paper....
den in the end paper in the office is super precious, if u feed extra paper in the photocopier other ppl see liao sure tk it .. so people r trained to put correct num of paper to the tray and print fast wif no delay else no one to blame if paper get stolen..
and the computer they let those new employee use is a
Pentium III 866mhz 128 ram..
you're expected to ultilise this antique to do adobe products...i tried before.. end up i spent more time waiting den doing work.... waiting for the thing to load and process is more tiring den doing sia....when u use stil have to record down whats the purpose of using it and man hours..
our transport claim muz fill form alot fields to fill like time date how much the trip, mode of transport and time yr lesson start and supervisor singnature etc, very detailed scared u cheat them... den muz go thru detailed verification/// den every month submit once... need 1 mth to process and pay you... price is base on ezlink rate .,, u muz use own ezlink card... den if $14.95 they die die muz get 5 cent change from you kinda thing one...
den working hour is 8.30 - 5.30 den sat work for 4 hrs
den recently they improvise say what long weekend...... sat OFF but they extend working hour to 8.30 - 6.15 from mon - fri to compensate for sat off... if u calculate the hours.. its still same lor... say nice only what long weekend... pui...
den recently chinese nw yr ask ppl to go their hse... give ppl ang bao.. inside only $4... den on new yr eve... no orange no ang bao no nothing at all, work as per normal...
so this kind of company does anyone here has one that is worst den this...?
den christmas that time everyone must pay $10 each for christmas buffet... and need to pay an addition $15 for gift exchange.. if you suay suay kena cheapo gift den LL.....

they will says ur performance must be up to standards, then will get the bonus and increament.
This is the reasons they gave everyone i guess.
in the end, they will said your performances sux!

In one single day! we humans, mind you, not like in the show "heros" can run up to a few different school. cant even rest or lunch in between. sat is worst. catching mosquitoes in the office, stoned like hell. you take a book out also they will machum makan you up like that. then when want use computer have to seat in front of the 'elites'. they shifted btw, think scare we can surf or do other things except work. the title looks nice, but its all shit beneath.
I helped filled the Water Container when i was in the old ACP. Some customers who came for their lessons actually saw me doing it,lol.
i think there is no english word that can describe this fcuk company. I joined last time thinking that there is chance of progression. RIGHT!!!!
They are bunch of bitches and jerks. I heard school's pay each trainer 2800 - 3500.. and we get peanuts... think about how much money they are making under our expense.. still so Ngeo..

HAR HAR..been there, done that (literally). They pain and sufferings you portrayed here about this screwed up company is nothing BUT the truth. Actually, this merely scratched the surface.
They are, hopefully, under MOM's supervision for employee abuse. Really pity those who have to bear 2 years of CRAP or bear the grunt of threatening lawsuits.
Maybe, just maybe, one of the management would stumble upon this BEAUTIFUL blog and open up their eyes to their misdeeds. But then again, hope is a dangerous thing.... (shawshank redemption)
lol btw them being the authorised training centre for adobe are actually using trial versions adobe software to conduct trainings.. if you attend their trainings you will realise sometimes you have difficulty using the software, error message showing 'the trial you are using have expired, please register the software to continue using..'
these people adopt many kind of ways to bypass trial programs and using it as full infringing copyright laws
