Ex-HR Manager Ms Caroyn who joined after enduring for months could not stand the torture and sufferings inflicted by ACP and finally decided to resign after being in their clutches beck and call for a few months finally broke free from them...

kudos to her wise decision made !!

Ex Sales executive joyce who joined AiMs after enduring for months could not stand sitting down on the chair and making cold calls from morning to night finally decided to call it and day and resigned as well...

Ex Accounts Exective Ms Ku Jin who join for a few months resigned as well.. there must be a reason why their executives resign one after another... counting down to the next person who resign.... who will be the next?

3 cheers to the above three for their wise decisions made !!!

sorry for the lack of updates.. have been pretty with work... will need everyone's contribution for any story and feel free to email any updates that you know about so we can keep everyone entertained with latest stories.

We can only blame ourselves for being too naive and stupid... too careless and never read small prints...

Seriously, everythng is written on the contract.. black and white... there is nothing much we can do but just pray tat we get into a good school with a good HOD...

yes, written black and.. with but they made it look as though we are on the winning side during interview. certificates which worth "$5000".. "trainings"

they don't even know the contract well if you ask them they will have to re-read and understand it again.

but after reading it many2 times i then understood.

the liquidated damages is base on their calculation. i think we can actually ask for evidence of liquidated damages if they have already inflict damages on your side. "the time you spent sitting while self-training"

and the so called "prescribed training" where u walking around pretending to be an assistant during a course when you do not even know hwo to use the software.

is that a correct procedure for an on job training?

isn't that actually cheating the customer already?

the information from the internet is our only hope to survive and self-courage.

when they screw their relationship with the school, changing trainers, they blame on the trainer.

they send emails frequently to promote positive thinking and reflect upon ourselves. they themselves didn't reflect upon themselves.

why don't they qns themselves "why are people leaving?"

i agree with anonymous, it depends on the school and hod. if they give task which suit our pay we will be glad. but if it doesn't feel right for the money we earn, where is the motivation to work?

everyone is motivated for jus few hundred bucks of the star awards? which only the top 3 or 4 which they like will receive it?? work without MC get incentive? if you meet expectation they wun give you increment.. unless you exceed it. and if you exceed it depends on them whether it is considered exceed or not coz they will make up all sorts of stories to make you meet expectation because they think they can do better.

i have seen a trainer whose pay since he start til end is still the same.. no increment.

a trainer who was out in a school still receiving training pay when he is already deployed. actually the trainer was quite blur2 and can't be bothered to quarrel. sorry to say that. but i pity him.

we need the WDA to look into this issue. send a spy!!! plss!! lol jus a suggestion.

i cant rem how much is the star awards thingy some cheap bucks but one thing i sure is that only being 1st in it gets it, those belonging to 2nd onwards get nothing... so if you get ranked 2nd or 3rd or 4th or 5th doesnt make any difference unless you're first.. no MC for 12 months to get $200 ? oh give me a break, i'd rather go on MC and i will end up getting more than $200 buxx back. lol lah..

It is not surprising that Caroline decided to quit after she "experience" the acp culture. they never bother to give her a proper notebook and i heard from her she needs to travel to and fro in between room, just to get 'connected'.

Talking about the company's culture, i have heard only NEGATIVE comments. The absurb part is to encourage fellow employee or colleague to distant from one another.

Who in the right state of mind will do so unless they are afraid of people spreading malicious tales pertaining to the company's darkest scandal.

Those 'smarties' even thought that by making employees signing a pact, as not to diverge or spread any secret that will affect the company's reputation.

They are just as pretentious as those doing 'MLM', or otherwise, worst.....:(

Anyway, it is a blunder that we, fella unfortunate acp employee , make the BIGGEST mistake in stepping into their lair.

I'm counting down to freedom...as there is a silver lining behind every, especially, dark and gloomy cloud.
